Comactiva acquires Textforum

Comactiva has acquired Textforum in a strategic move that enhances both companies’ positions within the translation market. The merger broadens the scope of services available to both existing and prospective clients, from market-tailored localization to large-scale handling of technical documentation. 

Textforum is a full-service agency with specialized expertise in the translation of manuals and technical content, serving a solid client base within the manufacturing industry. The company has also developed an integration solution for customers using Optimizely as their CMS, enabling efficient translation workflows directly from the web platform.

The two previous owners, Cecilia Humbla and Michael Koch, will step away from the operational business but, as part of the transaction, will become shareholders in Comactiva Holding AB. Linda Gårdlöv will assume the role of CEO for both Comactiva Language Partner and Textforum.
