Comactiva Language Partner has many years’ experience of document translation. We offer a high-quality service, using hand-picked translators who have translated thousands of documents for companies working in a wide variety of industries, in many different languages. We have translators for English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian and more. Our personnel are all at least bilingual, and all our translators are highly qualified and experienced. All our translators live in the country where the target language is spoken, and translate into their mother tongue.

Comactiva’s translation services include documents, contracts, websites – in fact any written text that needs to be translated. This could be marketing material, business cards, corporate slogans and bylines, brochures and presentations, to name but a few examples. In addition, we offer our clients bilingual customer service support.

Costs for translating documents

Our project managers will price up your project after meeting you. They do everything to ensure both sides are satisfied with the arrangement. Prices vary, based on the type and complexity of the document, and also the source and target language. We translate into some 50 languages from Swedish and English, English and the Nordic languages being the most common target languages. Prices for document translation begin at just over SEK 1,000 for a page of around 500 words, and can stretch into many times this for larger documents. The price will always be quoted in advance based on what has been agreed with your project manager. If you would like to know more about our prices and how we price up jobs, please go to our “What does a translation cost?” page. There you will find our four different language groups, and can also read about the benefits of working with Comactiva as your translation agency. As a client of Comactiva you always have a project manager to help you through the process, a well-maintained database of your specific terminology (known as a ‘term base’), and a translation memory for each language combination which helps save both time and money. Become a contract client today. Source all your translations from us and we’ll help you with everything related to translation and language services.

Translate documents from Swedish into English

We work with large companies and always seek long-term collaboration with all our clients. Swedish and English have always been one of our main language pairs, and are the ones most clients order from us at first. No wonder, since a majority of all the content that is created today is written in English. English is a good starting point for any document translation since many people understand English, although we would really recommend translating into each local language to make sure the intended recipients truly understand your text. We also offer many other languages such as Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German, French and more.

The first step in translating a document into one of our 50 languages, or from Swedish into English, is to request a quotation, a quick and simple process. Simply click on the Ask for a quotation button below. This will bring you to a simple form, where you enter your details and a description of the project. Please try to be as detailed as possible. That way, our project managers can start working on your quotation straight away. In the job description, you can also add any questions you may have. This will simplify the process, and a project manager will get back to you within 24 business hours.

Language Review

Most companies produce content in-house, which is only logical as that’s where most of the specialist expertise is. It could be presentation material, newsletters, blog posts or some other important communication.
